Comments

This 36 year old woman developed asymptomatic brown papules on her elbows. Physical examination also revealed lacrimal gland hypertrophy. A punch biopsy from her arm showed sarcoidal granulomas. Pulmonary and otolaryngology evaluations were scheduled.
