A 15 year old boy complained of intense itching of his bottom and genitals. Scabies nodules were evident on the glans penis and upper thigh. He also had a fine widespread eczematous eruption. Pruritis as well as the rash resolved during the month following treatment with topical 5 percent permethrin cream.
