This heatlhy 8-month girl has a stable hemangioma on the right frontat scalp. It has not grown for 4 months and some central graying was noted on the larger plaque as well as several papules at the periphery. Note the decreased hair density over the hemangioma.

3.5 cm red pebbly plaque with several 3-5 mm dark red papules with gray centers overlying a 4 cm spongy subcutaneous mass
