A 42 year old man had many findings typical of basal cell nevus syndrome including multiple basal cell nevi and carcinomas primarily in sunexposed areas of the head and neck, calcification of the falx cerebri, dysmorphic facies with frontal bossing, flattened nasal bridge, and hypertelorism, mental retardation, palmar and plantar pits, and history of medulloblastoma in early childhood.
