This 45-year-old woman had a diffuse slowly progressive asymptomatic eruption for 7 years. During a hospitalization for mental status changes, she was noted to have a IgG monoclonal gammopathy. After 1 treatment with intravenous immunoglovulin, her mental status returned to normal and many of the skin lesions softened and flattened. Images 4 and 5 were taken a day after IVIG was administered.
