This 14-year-old healthy boy began to develop brown macules and larger patches on the left chest, abdomen, flank, and back during the first few years of life. He had no tumors and the family history was negative for café au lait spots, neurofibromas, and other acquired or congenital malformations.

Description

unilateral multiple brown 2-4 mm macules and several scattered 1-3 cm patches
