A 50-year-old woman developed multiple red nontender subcutaenous nodules on the top of her left hand 1 week following an episode of trauma when her hand was hit by the office door. She also remembered working in the garden 2 months earlier. Note the sporotrichoid spread of these lesions as they ascend the hand to her wrist.
