Comments

This young woman developed slowing increasing numbers of yellow 0.5-1 cm nodules on the upper chest, neck and axillae at puberty. Some of the nodules in the axillae became irritated from minor trauma. A paternal aunt had similar nodules.

subcutaneous nodules with giant dilated pores, fine scale and hypopigmentation
