Comments

This 15-year-old girl developed fulminant papulopustular acne 10 days after surgery to remove a pituitary tumor. After surgery she was placed on a high dose rapidly tapering oral dexamethasone. The lesions were uniform and confined primarily to her face, neck and upper chest.
