Sturge-Weber syndrome is defined by the presence of a facial portwine stain, ususlly in the distribution of the first branch of the trigemminal nerve, and ipsilateral leptomeningeal vascular malformation. The choroid of the ipsilateral eye may be involved leading to glaucoma.
