A 65-year-old man developed an enlarging tumor on his right arm. Excision revealed a superficial spreading malignant melanoma with signs of regression. The Breslow index was 1.42 mm.

0.4-0.6 cm smooth topped discrete and confluent pink to pale yellow papules and nodules surrounding a black nodule
