This 6-year-old boy was evaluated for an asymptomatic transverse nasal line which was present for 2 years. The lesion was slightly depressed and associated with milia. The diagnosis of transversal nasal line was suggested as described by Shelley WB (Shelley WB et al. The transverse nasal line: an embryonic fault line.
