This 67-year-old woman had a history of slowly progressive nodules on her face and scalp since early adolescence. Her brother and father had similar lesions. The nodules on her face were aggregated around her nose and upper lip, while the larger skin colored to purple-red nodules were most prominent on her scalp, forehead, and around her ears.
