This healthy 5=year-old girl developed a red papular eruption on her left deltoid area 6 weeks ago. Last week the lesions spread over the left side of her torso. On close examination small papules were noted to bescattered on her back and the right side of her back, chest, and abdomen. The lesions were minimally pruritic, and she was otherwise well.
