This generally healthy 5-year-old boy with diffuse urticaria pigmentosa complained of increasing abdominal pain. He had no diarrhea, no headaches, but intermittent pruritus. Endocsopy was scheduled to evaluate the gastrointestinal tract for mast cell involvement.
