Comments

This 10 year old girl developed multiple symmetric asymptomatic dome shaped 1-2 mm follicular papules on the neck, upper chest and lower abdomen. A crush preparation from one of the papules on the neck showed multiple fine coiled blond hairs coiled within a plug of keratinous material. She was started on a trial of daily topical tretinoin 0.025 percent cream.
