This 5 year old boy developed multiple asymptomatic hypperpigmented follicular papules on his mid chest 18 months earlier. The papules cleared on the mid chest and spread to the lateral chest, axillae, arms, thighs, and groin. His younger brother also developed similar lesions on his mid chest a few months ago.
