Comments

This adolescent had a persistent painful wart on the right heel which failed to respond to topical salicylic acid products and liquid nirtogen freezing. He was sensitized to squaric acid and the allergen was then applied to the wart on his heel resulting in a brisk inflammatory reaction. The lesion had decreased in size by at least a third when this image was taken.
