Comments

By several months of age this 4 year old girl's parents noted some white spots on her tongue. The papules and plaques have slowly increased in size and number and within the last year developed on the buccal mucosa with more prominent lesions on the left. There is no family history of similar lesions, and both of her parents had normal oral examinations. Her examination also revealed normal skin, genitals, hands, and nails.
