This healthy 5-year-old boy developed multiple asymptomatic yellow nodules on his chest, abdomen, groin, extremities, face, and conjunctivae. Over the subsequent 6 months many of the nodules began to regress. An eye examination demonstrated a solitary lesion on the right bulbar conjunctiva, and this nodule also regressed without treatment.
