Comments

This 6-month-old girl developed recurrent hyphemas of the right eye presumably from bleeding caused by a right iris xanthogranuloma. She was treated with prednisolone eye drops for the bleeding and other topical agents to decrease the pressure in the right eye. She was noted to have a yellow nodule on her chin at birth and multiple nodules appeared on her back, trunk and extremities within the first few months of life. A pin point lesion was recently noted on her right palm. Some of the nodules on her back flattened leaving red macules.

Description

1.5 cm yellow nodule with overlying telangiectasias on chin and pale red edematous right upper and lower eye lids
