This 28-year-old man with xeroderma pigmentosa demonstrates extensive chronic actinic damage with hyperpigmentation, actinic keratoses, atrophy, and several eroded and ulcerated nodules suspicious of squamous cell carcinoma. He had 2 sisters with similar skin changes and 5 unaffected brothers.
